This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund and the procedures to follow.

1. Return Eligibility

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when received.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 minutes of the purchase date.
  • Products damaged or defective upon arrival should be reported within 30 minutes of receipt.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Share the details with photo containing time stamp

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as a damaged or incorrect item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
