Terms and Conditions for Farmbid Shop Owners (Physical and Online)

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Farmbid! These Terms and Conditions outline the responsibilities and expectations for all shop owners operating through our platform, whether in physical or online stores. By using Farmbid, you agree to comply with these terms to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all parties involved.

1. Mode of Payment
1.1. Approved Payment Gateway: All transactions on Farmbid must be conducted through approved payment gateways.  
1.2. Acceptable Payment Methods: Payment methods include credit/debit cards, mobile money, and other digital payment systems as specified by Farmbid.  
1.3. Cash Transactions: Cash transactions are permitted for physical stores but must be accurately recorded in the Farmbid system. 

2. Access Point Cleanliness
2.1. Physical Shops: Shop owners are responsible for maintaining cleanliness at all access points to their physical shops. This includes ensuring that the shop environment is hygienic and welcoming.  
2.2. Online Shops: Online shop owners must ensure their digital interfaces are user-friendly, regularly updated, and free from malware or any harmful software.

3. Operating Hours
3.1. Physical Shops: Physical shops must adhere to local business operating hours as mandated by regional laws and regulations.  
3.2. Online Shops: Online shops are expected to update their  operational hours.to which if not updated  shop will remain closed . Customer support should be available during the hours specified by Farmbid to ensure timely assistance.

4. Etiquette
4.1. Professional Conduct: Shop owners and their staff must maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, both in-person and online.  
4.2. Harassment and Discrimination: Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action, including potential termination of the shop's operation on Farmbid.

5. Brand Flagging
5.1. Compliance with Branding Guidelines: Shop owners must ensure that their branding, including logos and promotional materials, comply with Farmbid's branding guidelines.  
5.2. Penalties for Misuse: Any misuse or inappropriate display of the Farmbid brand will result in penalties or termination of the shop's operation on the platform.

6. Image Preservation
6.1. High-Quality Product Images: Shop owners are required to maintain high-quality images of their products on their online shops.  
6.2. Approval for Change: Any changes to product images must be submitted for approval by Farmbid before being updated on the platform.

7. Customer Service
7.1. Response Time Shop owners must provide prompt and efficient customer service. All inquiries must be addressed within 24 hours for online shops and as soon as possible for physical shops.  
7.2. Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring customer satisfaction is a priority, and poor service may result in review and possible intervention by Farmbid.

8. Boosting of Online Shops
8.1. Promotional Packages: Farmbid offers various promotional packages to enhance the visibility and presence of online shops.  
8.2. Opt-in Procedures: Shop owners can opt into these packages through the Farmbid platform to take advantage of increased exposure.

9. App Scan Usage
9.1. Inventory Management: All shop owners must utilize the Farmbid app for inventory management and transactions.  
9.2. Scanning Feature: The app's scanning feature should be used to streamline operations and ensure accurate inventory tracking.

10. Information is Power
10.1. Staying Informed Shop owners are expected to stay informed about industry trends and updates from Farmbid.  
10.2. Training Participation: Regular participation in training and informational sessions provided by Farmbid is encouraged to enhance shop performance.

11. Targets and Performance
11.1. Target Achievement: All set targets must be met to ensure the smooth running of the shop.  
11.2. Performance Reviews: Farmbid will conduct periodic performance reviews to assess the success and compliance of each shop.

12. Shop Branding, Restocking, and Upgrade
12.1. Consistent Branding
: Shop owners must ensure that their shop's branding remains consistent and appealing to customers.  
12.2. Restocking and Upgrades Regular restocking of products and upgrading of shop features are required to stay competitive in the market.

13. Data Security
13.1. Data Encryption: All customer and transaction data must be encrypted to ensure security.  
13.2. Confidentiality and Integrity Shop owners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of all data handled by their shop.

14. Support and Inquiries
14.1. Customer and Technical Support: All inquiries shall be addressed by our support team, which includes both technical and customer-oriented support.

- $15 per annum/essential
- $25 per annum/standard 
- $35 per annum/premium  
15.2. Security Checks:

Each payment plan includes regular security checks to ensure compliance with Farmbid standards.

. Compliance and Consequences
16.1. Adherence to Standards:

If a shop does not comply with Farmbid's standards, Farmbid reserves the right to withdraw its consent to operate on the platform.  
16.2. Program Eligibility 

Non-compliance may also result in ineligibility for shop programs, such as talk shows or makeovers offered by Farmbid.

By continuing to use Farmbid's platform, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Non-compliance may result in penalties, including but not limited to the suspension or termination of your shop's operations on Farmbid.
